This is fairly similar in quality to the heavily criticised previous EP, 'Dragon Season... The Awakening'. It similarly features one outright terrible song, while the rest are just okay. Overall, it’s uninspiring music that fails to excite or move me, and it doesn’t offer anything fresh or innovative. After delivering the worst project of his long career with 'BLOCKBUSTA', and now following it up with two forgettable EPs, I’m concerned about what well be getting with his upcoming album dropping later this month. Beats: ★★☆ Rapping/Bars: ★★★ Hooks: ★★ Best Tracks: Crazy, Fathers of Civilization Get On Your Job (feat. TRILLIAN, J-Doe, Te Money, Connie Diiamond & BK Gudda) 20 Busta is hardly on this. Is has the generic autotune wack rapping. Only slightly better than the worst on 'Dragon Season... The Awakening', being 'Treasure & Gold'. Riot 2 Mammoth 50 This sounds more like the production Busta rapped over in his heyday. It's alright. Brain Dead (feat. Symba & Stacy Barthe) 58 There has been something about the quality of these EPs. It sounds like the vocals are poorly mastered or recorded on poor equipment or something. It doesn't sound polished. The song is okay. The feature is pretty generic - "penitentiary chances" Crazy (with Akon & Vybz Kartel) 60 This takes us back to when Akon was killing hooks on a weekly basis. Busta unfortunately raps with his annoying fake Jamaican accent. Akon is the highly and he needs to drop another R&B album. Fathers of Civilization (feat. Tobe Nwigwe) 63 Nice production by 9th Wonder who has cut up 'African Cry' by The New Birth. Stay in Your Place (feat. WhoInGodsName) 55 Again, this sounds a little like what Busta used to rap over in the early '00s. I Won't Lie Down (feat. Killer Mike) 58 Feels more like a Killer Mike song than a Busta one. He starts the song off with his usual content. Honestly, the beat is okay, as is the performance from Mike and Busta. There is also some content, but a hook is lacking like many of Busta's recent songs.
