I don't think this is seen as an official posthumous Pac release but most if not all of these tracks seem to be taken from the release, 'Rap Phenomenon II' which was released years ago, and features 2pac's acapellas over various well-known beats like BEP's 'Where is the Love?' and Dre's 'Lil Ghetto Boy'. So if you have that this ain't a necessity to pick up. If not, most tracks work pretty well with some very good ones like 'Little Ghetto Boy' and 'Thug Revolution' to name a couple.
