Chef Pee Pee is ready to eat some Totino's Pizza Rolls, but all of a sudden, Jeffy is banging the door and barking saying he needs to poop, so Chef Pee Pee lets him out.
After Jeffy poops, he sees a bumble bee in front of him. He says hello to the bee, but he thinks it's a butterfly and says that it looks pretty and then tells the bee to get in his mouth. He eats it, then it stings him in the mouth.
Jeffy runs inside to see Mario with his face all swollen. He tells him he ate a butterfly and that Chef Pee Pee let him outside, so Mario calls the doctor.
Brooklyn Guy, as a doctor, walks in and he is shocked to see Jeffy's face. He says he looks like a "r******* donkey", and Jeffy responds with “Hee-haw!” (since he confused the insult by imitating a donkey). Mario tells Brooklyn that he ate a butterfly, and Brooklyn asked Jeffy what color it was. Jeffy says it was yellow, causing Brooklyn is shocked, as he thinks it could be the rare "banana butterfly," the most poisonous butterfly in the world. The symptoms are:
Your mouth starts to swell up,
Your arms fall off,
You turn into a banana.
Brooklyn Guy tells Mario he needs to change his clothes. Brooklyn comes back with a black T-shirt on and tells Mario that they are going to go on a fantastic adventure. He also tells Mario to cover up the buttons on his sweater because they may cause some problems. (likely because of green screening) Mario asks where the submarine is and Brooklyn points down to what appears to be nothing. Mario becomes confused before Brooklyn says it's microscopic, because they need to get really tiny to go inside Jeffy's body and vaporize the butterfly before he can digest it. Brooklyn then tells Jeffy to lick the couch.
Brooklyn and Mario both then eat Mini Mushrooms, shrink to microscopic size, and then go inside the submarine. Inside the submarine, Jeffy finally licks it, and they get into his mouth. Along the way to Jeffy's stomach, the submarine fights obstacles along the way, like crashing into Jeffy's uvula, getting slowed down and rammed by blood cells, etc.
Finally, Mario and Brooklyn make it into the stomach. Inside, they see stuff that Jeffy ate in the past, like a toothbrush, stapler, and even the skeleton of Jeffy's pet goldfish, Pee Pee Suck. Suddenly, Mario and Brooklyn spot the bumble bee that Jeffy ate earlier. They then realize that since it was really a bee that Jeffy ate, they didn't ever have to come inside Jeffy's body in the first place, with Mario calling Jeffy an idiot out of frustration.
All of a sudden, Jeffy's arms fall off which means that he must have eaten the butterfly, which floats nearby the submarine that Mario and Brooklyn are in. Brooklyn activates a laser so that they can vaporize the butterfly. But they're already too late, as Jeffy then turns into a banana. Mario and Brooklyn resort to eating their way out of Jeffy the banana.
Finally, Brooklyn gives Jeffy a shot that makes him turn back to normal, with the side effects being that he became addicted to heroin. (since the formula contained it) Brooklyn asks Mario if he's seen his submarine and tells him not to move. Unfortunately, Mario steps on it, angering Brooklyn, because that submarine cost trillions of dollars, he was renting it, and he had to pay $15 an hour on it. Mario says he's sorry, and Brooklyn leaves.
