VERY effective to trigger medical professionals into thinking they are at work. As a drama, its hard to evaluate because I'm too focused on the medicine.
Extraordinary cinematic experience. Beautiful blending of music and visuals. Story is a little cliche but the acting and setting elevate it beyond that. Unique take on the genre.
Someone let them cook, and it tastes bad. Its interesting in concept to satirize these leaders of geopolitical and economically prosperous nations, and the movie does a good job of showing how ineffectual they all are, but in execution it feels half baked. There are some witty observations made, like how none of the proposals actually address the nebulous "crisis" that they are meant to tackle. Overall though, there isn't enough substance given to any one idea to recommend it as a conceptual film, leaving its entertainment value lacking. Some of the performances are really good, but this doesn't do enough to make it an enjoyable watch.
This show is constantly a surprise. From its entertaining take on a well-worn formula to its unique personal struggles that it puts the main character through, its a stunning character study about growth and maturity. Strong recommend
